Team Manager (Community and Outreach Services)

Starting salary £30,296 per annum

3 CONTRACT

Fixed-term until 30 June 2026

4 HOURS OF WORK

37 hours per week. Includes some evenings and weekends

5 MAIN TASKS

• To coordinate support services, and the programme of activities, for the community and outreach services, and to manage the team of staff within:
• • • • • Male victim Service; ADAM Project
        • Housing Link Services
        • MARAC representation
        • Training Development and Delivery
        • Volunteers service

• Management of all incoming referrals to the organisation, including screening and allocating referred clients to Practitioners/Service Areas.
• To represent high risk victims at MARAC.
• To act as a Training Lead for the organisation.

On Call: You are required to participate in an out of hours rota.
