If there isn’t a time when you are alone to make a phone call, but you have your own phone which only you can access, you can text the local helpline on 07715 994 962 and they can discuss the best way for you to receive support. This phone is for text support only and calls won’t be answered. If someone else looks at your phone or you suspect there is spyware on there, try to use the phone of a close family member or friend instead.
Alternatively, you can alert a doctor, nurse or receptionist at a GP Practice that you need to seek support for domestic abuse and they will find you a space to be on your own and should let you access a phone. If you aren’t able to speak to them out loud, you could write on a piece of paper what you need and pass it to them.

They can look at availability in refuges for you and will look at refuges out of the local area too to give you the best options.
