Resettlement Worker

Our Resettlement Worker ensures that clients still have access to vital support once they have moved out of refuge accommodation into independent housing within Leicester City. It can be a daunting prospect to move out of refuge accommodation, where clients have had access to refuge workers on site.

This service gives clients and their children dedicated support in accessing broader services, including housing, benefits, and education. The Resettlement Worker will assess the needs of each client once they have resettled and will review existing support plans, including health and wellbeing needs, to ensure that each individual and their children, where applicable, have the support they need to move on from their experiences and live a safe and independent life.
